IRIS: An Interactive River System Simulation Program

IRIS (An Interactive River System Simulation Program) allows the analysis of control policies and planning alternatives on a complex river systems that can include reservoirs, agricultural and hydroelectric water supply, flood mitigation problems and so on.
The user first defines the physical characteristics of the system and than can interactively test, through repeated simulations, all the different management alternatives.
The program provides a high degree of interactivity as well as a number of different output to help eveluate the system performance in a specific inflow scenario.
