RTDM: Rough Terrain Diffusion Model

The Rough Terrain Diffusion Model (RTDM) is an air quality model best suited for rural environments and multiple point sources. It accounts for terrain roughness and is prepared to compute a sequence of hourly intervals, by applying for each of them, a classical gaussian plume model. It daoe not consider deposition or chemical reactions.
