WODA: Water Oxygenation-Deoxygenation Analysis

WODA (Water Oxygenation Deoxigenation Analysis) is a package for river quality based on the Dobbins model.
Given a steady-state flow and temperature condition, which may vary along the river, the program computes the BOD (Biodegradable Oxygen Demand) and DO (Dissolved Oxygen) concentration in the water, due to any number of concetrated or distributed pollution sources.
The package includes a database for managing river flow and quality data and a module for automatic calibration of model parameters.
